Members also get access to the Member Assistance Program (MAP). In the months ahead we'll also be adding enriching online courses and resources. Internet-Based CBT is an innovative approach that combines the convenience of online access with the benefits of face-to-face therapy. It includes guided digital education, videos, assignments, and challenges to help you understand your triggers and develop coping mechanisms. You have virtual access to the TELUS Health CBT platform 24/7, ensuring convenience and accessibility. Note that this is IN ADDITION to personal therapy at no additional cost to you.

Once you become a member, you will be provided with a VIP phone number to access your Concierge within 48 hours. You'll then be matched with your personal therapist. In addition, you will be provided with access to the CBT dashboard and Membership Assistance Program. Instructions will be provided in your Membership area, as well as via email. You will gain access to all additional benefits, via email and in the Membership area as they are scheduled throughout the year.

The Therapist Match feature allows you to share a few insights about yourself with a TELUS Health concierge live, via phone, who will then introduce you to a therapist who feels like the right fit for your story. Each of the 30,000 counselors in the network holds either a Master's or Doctoral degree in their respective field. You have the flexibility to change therapists at any time, ensuring a personalized and comfortable experience. Whether you're seeking a counselor aligned with your faith, a therapist of a particular gender, or any other unique care that represents a wide array of specialties, your concierge will work with you to meet your needs with unmatched precision and simplicity.

Yes! With some restrictions, you may use the counseling, CBT, and Membership Assistance portion of this service for members of your immediate family living in your household. All participants under the age of 18 must have the consent of a parent or guardian. Restrictions apply, depending on the laws and regulations of your state or province. Please consult your concierge for details.
