Well love is interesting and complicated

i am in a relationship with a guy who i have been with for the last 3 years.things are ok between us. But lately i have been having some pretty weird dreams of a very close friend of mine. He too is in a relationship. I had once upon a time feelings for my friend but never dated him or did anything wit him. He admitted to having a crush on me as well but did act on his feelings either. Latly those feelings seem to be haunting me.I love my boyfriend but why all the dreams? why the felings all of a sudden? i am confused. does anyone have any advice or anything to say. i would really appreciate it.

But why do I feel like i am cheating on my bf. I know it sounds silly but i feel like that sometimes. Well thanks for the comments and you all make a really good point. Thanks.

Comment by Nina Star on July 7, 2009 at 7:47pm: I agree with the two other posts... it's just a dream. :) Sometimes we have nightmares and they never happen in real life. But they are always an indicator of our subconscious... If you don't think about this guy that you knew before your relationship, then let it go. But if he's been on your mind... then things might be different. Especially if you spend a lot of time with him or see him at lots of social events. If not, then just let it flyyyy... if you're in love, that's what counts. Three years is a long time to throw away for a few stray dreams.

This may not completely pertain to you but its the best thing I can think of. lol Okay, you cannot question your relationship because of a re-occuring dream. If you are happy with your boyfriend and you trust eachother, then make a joke of the dreams. Be sure of yourself and your relationship. Those dreams most likely mean nothing.
